Japanes kitchen styles are harmful for people?

 Today, I will write about the following question what is the difference between US kitchen style and Japanese ones. When I was in the US, I visited many kinds of houses, and I noticed all of kitchen stoves were gas.

 In Japan, 90% of houses are electric and Japanese government tries to make all of the utilities in a house are electric. In addition, the US is not a developing country, so I wondered why US stoves are not electric.

 From my online searching, the reason gas is the principal stove in the US is a culture which many people think gas stove makes dishes more delicious.     Also, Americans protect traditional way of cooking. I couldn’t search about the real percentage how many people are using electric stoves in the US, but it seems that at least old houses have more gas stoves than electric ones.

 But I searched about negative points of electric stoves. I found it has a negative health effect our body. According to Bioelectromagnetics 2012, a person who is beside electric stoves gets 1998 EMFs level. This number is higher than maximum allowed level. EMFs hurts our cell and causes cancer, dementia, and aging, too.

 Also, WHO made a standard more than 4 gauss is dangerous if human receive. But, electric stoves have more than 200 gauss, so many experts warm please avoid using electric stoves, especially around infants and pregnant women.

 Our lives will be comfortable using electric stoves, but I think it’s important to search about pros and cans of electric stoves.
